- 10 1/2 lasagna noodles (no-boil, I love the Barilla brand, or boil and drain regular lasagna noodles)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream (light or regular)

i left out the diced tomatoes. The cheese and sour cream do not spread out as written. All in All this is very very rich. Needs more seasoning or less cream cheese, IMO

Wow! This was great! I made a few changes that make it easier. Instead of adding the spices separately, buy packets of taco seasoning. For a pound and a half of meat, use one and a half packets. Much easier, same result. Also, I built it in two layers instead of three. It turned out perfectly, no worries. Great for company, even better for leftovers. Enjoy!
