I added almost the whole pack of taco seasoning and added more chicken more cheese (almost 2 cups) and less sour cream ( not a fan of sour cream). It was good but it taste like it was missing something. May replace the rotel with mild salsa next time

My wife and I enjoyed this. Very easy to make. Next time for my future reference, I might: have fresh lettuce, tomato, etc. to eat with it like a taco; save some Doritos for topping / add crunch; could half the recipe also.

Made this a couple times, and both times it turned out super good! And very simple, just mix everything up and bake! i prefer the lime and cilantro rotel tomatoes, although the wife doesnt taste a difference. This will be in the rotation going foreward. can honestly serve 6 comfortably, or 8-9 with [jalapeno] refried beans on the side.

It was a great hit with my husband & kids, they loved it. I didn't have to modify it at all, it was perfect. I will be making this again
