It was delicious. I was gifted with some Mexican spiced chorizo and this recipe worked well with it. I added black beans.

Quite tasty but still missing something. I used rotel (it's what I had), pinto beans instead of corn, and cilantro for the basil.

great. l put a little red pepper flakes in it. and fried onion and green peppers as i cook the chorizo.
