- 1 stick unsalted butter (room temperature)
- 1/3 cup Dutch-processed cocoa
- 3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 5 Tbsp. heavy cream
