The soup by itself is on the bland side. Once I added the sour cream, cilantro and cheddar cheese it made the soup so much better. I’m disappointed that when you add the toppings it’s gives the soup so much flavor. I wouldn’t save this recipe because I’ve had much better soups than this one.

Loved, loved, loved this. Topped mine with sour cream and he topped his with shredded cheddar. A keeper for sure. Made some corn bread to go with it. It was Yummly!
