- 4 chicken breasts (small, I made 2 but you will have enough flour mixture and sauce for 4 servings)
- meat tenderizer (A rolling pin or a)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 eggs (whisked)
- 2/3 cup farinha de mandioca (1/4 cup of it for dusting)
- 1/4 cup ground flaxseeds
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. cumin powder
- 1 tsp. coriander seed (powder)
- 1 tsp. paprika powder
- 1 tsp. garlic powder (can be omitted)
- avocado
- coconut oil
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp. chopped coriander (/cilantro)
- 4 slices green chilli
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 lime
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 Tbsp. almond milk (or another dairy-free milk)
