This was delicious! Used leftover cooked chicken breast, added some salt, and used paprika and red pepper instead of chili powder. It was super satisfying to roast my first jalapeno. On the advice of my honey, I put it into a paper bag to cool immediately after roasting and the char slid right off with a little rubbing.
Ate it open faced on whole wheat toast.
