- 2 cups beef broth (chicken broth works too)

- 4 oz. green chiles
- 15 oz. pinto beans (drained and rinsed)
- 15 oz. sweet corn (drained and rinsed)
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 Tbsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded Mexican)
