    I added poblano and jalapeno peppers and replaced the regular oregano with the Mexican variety and it was absolutely delicious!!!

    Delicious ! Most def going to make this often !! 🙌🙌
    Used butter in place of vegetable oil. Cooked dried black turtle beans from scratch instead of using canned beans. Will add a little more dried oregano, cumin and chilli powder as while very tasty, want to try with additional herb, spice and heat. Served with basmati rice, a little sour cream, a grating of tasty cheese and sliced scallions. Delicious!!
