- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 pinch fresh cracked pepper
- 10 oz. rotel (Mild or Original chopped tomato and green chilies, *see Notes drained reserving juice)
- 1/4 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. cumin
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion (for garnish, optional)
