- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup cornmeal (fine)
- 3 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt (smoked)
- 2 Tbsp. canola oil (I actually used a blend of canola and camelina oil - 1 tbsp of each)
- 3 Tbsp. maple syrup (ideally Grade B or buckwheat honey)
- 2 1/4 cups water
- 1 cup blueberries
