- 1/2 tsp. cumin seeds (jeera)
- 1 black cardamom (badi elachi)
- 2 green cardamoms (chotti elachi)
- 1 inch canela (dalchini)
- 4 cloves (lavang)
- 2 mace (single strand of, javitri - optional)
