- 4 medium sweet potatoes (about 2 1/2 pounds cut into 1/2-inch slices)
- 1/4 cup butter (softened)
- 1 Tbsp. McCormick Crushed Red Pepper (with Oregano and Garlic All Purpose Seasoning)
- 3/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Directions
- 1 Preheat oven to 400°F. Arrange potatoes in single layer on foil-lined shallow baking pan.
- 2 Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until fork tender. Meanwhile, mix butter and Seasoning. Set aside.
- 3 Top each potato slice with 1/4 teaspoon of the butter mixture. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese evenly over potatoes. Return to oven. Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
