- 4 garlic cloves (sliced very thin or grated)
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground coriander
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. ground turmeric
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil (divided)
- 1/2 Tbsp. coarse kosher salt (divided)
- 3 Tbsp. cilantro leaves (for serving)
- 1 Tbsp. edible flowers (optional, like arugula flowers)
- 1/3 cup raw pistachios
- 1 garlic clove (small)
- 2 Tbsp. hemp hearts
- 1 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. coarse kosher salt (more or less to taste)

Turned out great. Followed the recipe and not too sure if i made it correctly, but it has a good taste.
