These creamy, cheesy chicken breasts will, as their title says, melt in your mouth. The recipe is a Yummly original created by Sara Mellas.

  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts (pounded to 3/4-inch thickness, 2 lb. is about 4 breasts)

    Made for very moist chicken. I seasoned with tandoori spices and also added it to the mayo/yogurt mixture. It added a nice flavor.

    the meal was delicious but your new app is terrible!! I just wanted directions I don't want videos I just want easy to navigate renton. I don't want videos I don't want upgrade opportunities I just want to go right to the recipe. before this I loved your app and I think it was probably the best app on my stupid telephone! but now it seems cumbersome and not easy to operate when I just need directions that's all I need directions!

    My shopper forgot my greek yougurt. I substituted lite sour cream and it turned out wonderful! The whole family loved it.I served with some pasta and veggies with olive oil and garlic. Great dinner that we will have again.

    My family really loves this dish. Instead of using garlic powder on the chicken, I use minced garlic and put it in with the mayo and Greek yogurt.

    Excellent recipe. Full of flavor. Roasted a little bit before get into the oven, to get that nice brownish color. When was done, leave it in the grill function until the cheese got that crispy look.

    It was DELICIOUS! I bought 2 packs of thinly sliced chicken breasts (totaled 2 pounds - didn’t want to pound chicken!) and the recipe worked perfectly with it. I used a little less salt though..

    Mmm, melt in your mouth is right. Delicious creamy, tangy flavor with saltiness of the parm. Will make this again and probably for company. Very easy to make. Note: I had to put mine under the broiler to get it brown enough.

    Really tasty!! I swapped sour cream for the yogurt and added some ranch seasoning to the Mayo/sour cream mix and it was awesome! Will definitely make again

    Very good. I made 2 breasts, about 1 1/2 lbs and baked it for 25 minutes. I should have checked it earlier as the temp read 177 but still very good. I will definitely make again.
