These creamy, cheesy chicken breasts will, as their title says, melt in your mouth. The recipe is a Yummly original created by Sara Mellas.

  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts (pounded to 3/4-inch thickness, 2 lb. is about 4 breasts)
  • 2 teaspoons salt

    It was DELICIOUS! I bought 2 packs of thinly sliced chicken breasts (totaled 2 pounds - didn’t want to pound chicken!) and the recipe worked perfectly with it. I used a little less salt though..

    Mmm, melt in your mouth is right. Delicious creamy, tangy flavor with saltiness of the parm. Will make this again and probably for company. Very easy to make. Note: I had to put mine under the broiler to get it brown enough.

    Really tasty!! I swapped sour cream for the yogurt and added some ranch seasoning to the Mayo/sour cream mix and it was awesome! Will definitely make again

    I ended up adding some cream cheese to the spread and it added that extra little bit to it. super easy recipe and tasty!

    Very good. I made 2 breasts, about 1 1/2 lbs and baked it for 25 minutes. I should have checked it earlier as the temp read 177 but still very good. I will definitely make again.

    the chicken was great! next time i am going to butterfly the breasts so they cook faster. I had to cook for an extra 20-25 minutes to reach 165°

    Really loved this, so quick and easy. I used lazy garlic instead of powder. Next time I would reduce salt by 1/2. Very delicious.
