Really really nice, especially in summer. Although I think I might sub the basil for mint next time, I wasn't too keen on the flavour.

Deliciously delightful and beautiful combination of sweet mellons, salty feta, aromatic basil, and a tickle of red onion. Chilled it is perfect for a hot day or a summer picknic. I will be making this very often.
