    This was fantastic and turned out great! Thick and creamy, satisfying. I use regular milk (now I sometimes use homemade oat milk). At the end, I added chia/flax, some vanilla, and honey to sweeten some more. Top w some vanilla yogurt. Going to try it cold for the week ahead. Also, doubling the batch worked—just added extra cooking time (7 min. high pressure, 15 min. natural release and then quick release the rest). Also experimenting with different fruit combinations.
