  • 1 1/2 cups oat bran (I didn't use this)
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup pepitas (roasted salted, my addition)
  • 1 cup chopped almonds (finely)
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts (finely)
  • 1 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 1 cup vegetable oil (I used extra virgin olive oil)
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups raisins (or sweetened dried cranberries, I used dried apricots and raisins)
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest (more or less of, ., my addition)
