- 750 mL water
- 2 Orange (medium size, /yellow flesh sweet potato, boiled, peeled and mashed)

- 1 Tbsp. ground peanuts

- 1 1/2 Tbsp. corn starch (mixed with 3 tbsp water)
- 700 grams yellow noodles (cooked as per instruction on the packaging)
- 80 grams beans (sprout, blanched)
- 7 shallots
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 cms ginger
- 2 hard boiled egg
- 1 tau kwa (firm bean curd, fried and cut into cubes)
- 1 sprig Chinese celery (chopped)
- 1 green chilli (seeded and sliced)
- 4 calamansi (cut into half)
- 4 Tbsp. fried shallots
