Simple, easy & fresh salad for summer. I too added red onion, also some orecchiette pasta to make it a meal in a bowl!

This was awesome! Sooooooooo refreshing after a long day of yard work!
As is customary amongst us wielders of the flame, I added my own twist. I seasoned the chicken with cumin, paprika, curry, and I think turmeric if I remember correctly. Also, I added red onion to the salad.
