I added more garlic and salt like the response above. I also added 1/2 a tsp of liquid smoke to the zucchini while cooking to add a little Smokey flavour that turned out great.

This is quite a good recipe.
One thing to remember; place your grated zucchini in several layers of paper towel and ring out as much liquid as possible before adding to the pan. I also used 3 cloves of garlic, and seasoned with a bit more salt at the end.
