    Looks pretty, but tasted like it was missing something. Maybe because I used nutritional yeast instead on za’atar (didn’t have any on hand) added a little Tapatio once it was on my plate and the flavor perked up. I’d make this again, my non-vegan husband ate a whole portion and rated it a 3 out of 5...because it had no eggs in it -lol.

    Used whole wheat tortillas, a couple of chipolte peppers in adobo. turned out wonderful.
