- 1 bunch multi-colored carrots
- 4 stalks greens
- 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. lemon pepper
- 2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/4 cup Italian parsley (optional)
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions (optional)
