- 1/2 lb. medium shrimp (31 to 35 per pound, peeled and deveined)
- 1/2 lb. bay scallops
- 1/3 cup fresh basil (slivered)

AMAZING!!! better than any shrimp and grits I've ever had at a restaurant. .first time cooking polenta but it was easy and came out great. .a keeper for sure
