  • 1 tablespoon Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Light Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons wish bone olive oil vinaigrett dress
  • 3 teaspoons loosely packed fresh basil leaves (chopped)
  • 2 ounces cooked chicken (sliced)
  • 1/4 yellow bell pepper (medium, grilled and sliced)
  • 1 slice red onion (grilled)
  • 1/3 cup sliced mushrooms (grilled)
  • 2 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven 350°.
    2. Combine Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Light Mayonnaise, Dressing and basil in small bowl; evenly spread on roll. Layer roll with remaining ingredients. Wrap in aluminum foil and bake 4 minutes or until cheese melts slightly.
