- 1/2 tsp. salt (or more if using water)
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 cup English cucumber (finely chopped)
- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives (diced, pits removed)

It turned out great. They did need a bit more water for my instapot. I also didn’t have cucumber or the special olives, but it tasted good anyway. I used regular olives.
