- 1/2 cup tomato (Roma - Finely chopped)
- 1/2 cup onion (Spanish - Finely chopped)
- 1 sprig coriander (Chopped or whole)
- 2 cloves garlic (Finely Chopped)
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt (Celtic)
- 1 whole lime juiced
