- 12 oz. Kalamata olives (drained)
- 1 cup red onion (or chopped green)
- 5 oz. crumbled feta cheese (optional)
- 1/2 cup fresh basil (chopped or chiffonade)
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp. sugar (to taste)
