- 1 tsp. basil leaves (McCormick® Gourmet Collection)
- 1 tsp. garlic powder (McCormick® Gourmet Collection, California)
- 1/2 tsp. oregano leaves (McCormick® Gourmet Collection, Mediterranean)
- 1/2 tsp. rosemary (McCormick® Gourmet Collection, Crushed)
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt (McCormick® Gourmet Collection Sicilian)
- 4 salmon fillets (skin on, 4 ounces each)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil (divided)
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 fennel bulb (medium, cored and thinly sliced)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- lemon wedges

Directions
- Mix seasonings in medium bowl. Sprinkle 2 teaspoons over salmon. Reserve remaining seasoning mixture in bowl. Set aside.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Place salmon, skin-side up, in skillet. Cook 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, add sugar and remaining 2 teaspoons oil to reserved seasoning mixture; mix well. Add fennel and tomatoes; toss to coat. Turn salmon fillets. Place fennel mixture around salmon in skillet. Cook 6 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve with lemon wedges.
