- 2 Tbsp. diced red onion
- 1/4 cup sliced kalamata olives
- 1/4 cup pepperoncini (sliced drained)
- 1 cup garbanzo beans (chick peas)
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 Tbsp. scallions (diced green tops of, for garnish, optional)
