Yummy! I will use onion powder next time instead of a whole onion. Definitely flavorful- we all liked it.

I used some meat masala in the meat. And and an extra tomato, extra tablespoon of tomato paste and some brown sugar for the sauce. I served it with rigatoni and it was a hit with the family.
