- 150 mL white wine
- 100 grams salmon
- 100 grams haddock
- 100 grams smoked cod
- 100 grams chick peas
- 300 grams vine ripened tomatoes (peeled and chopped)
- 1/2 can chopped tomatoes
- 250 grams potatoes (white fluffy, maris pipers are perfect)
- 1 Tbsp. tomato puree
- 2 cloves garlic (chopped)
- 1/2 red chilli (chopped)
- 1 orange pepper (chopped)
- 1 white onion (chopped)
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 lemon (unwaxed)
- 1 handful fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1 glug olive oil
