Tasty even though I didn't have quite enough feta. I am glad that I didn't, though, because the tangy taste of the cheese is the main flavour that came out for me and I think more would have really overpowered it. This recipe is quick and easy, and the fact that it makes 5 portions is also really handy for weekly lunch prepping!
