- 1 cup marinated artichoke hearts (diced)
- 1 cup grape tomatoes (cut into fourths)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 6 cloves garlic (minced)
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt

This was my daughter’s favorite recipe. Made a ton of food. Very rich so you can’t eat a lot. Freezes well. Will make again.
