This was very good and not at all a typical meal for us, but different in all the right ways! My kids have never had tabouli before and really enjoyed the unique flavor of the meatballs paired with cucumber, chick peas, tabouli, and rice. The meatballs are a little extra effort but I did a double batch so we could have leftovers later, which makes it worth it. Since I doubled the turkey, eggs, and crumbs, I also doubled all the spices except for the black pepper (used a 1/8 tsp still), the cayenne pepper (also an 1/8 tsp) and the cinnamon (used about 3/4 tsp and I wouldn’t have wanted it to be any more potent).
