This was perfection, even my step-dad who doesn’t like fish loved this recipe. Will definitely make again!

The spices are wonderful for this easy to prepare dish. The cod breaks easily so turn over with care. I added quartered grape tomatoes and feta crumbles to increase the Greek flavor. Beautiful dish.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed this recipe. Made it with some Mediterranean quinoa salad and roasted asparagus on the side. Absolutely delicious! I will definately be making this again soon.
