Good! I’d double the topping. Barely enough to cover the top we like it dripping down the sides. Leftovers will be great for sandwiches.

I made this in muffin tins with an extra egg and extra half pound of meat it’s my families top five favorite meals

We doubled the recipe & substituted rolled oats for bread crumbs. Nice texture, very tasty.

Tasty and not dry. It’s really easy to make so it will be a standard in our rotation.

I made this for a church luncheon and it was very well received. I used corn flakes instead of bread crumbs. I substitited chopped garlic and substituted green onions. Great meal and easy budget friendly choice!

I added red pepper flakes, and roasted garlic and dried minced onions. Baked in a cast iron skillet for the same amount of time as the recipe mentioned. Added the tomato mixture at the last 15 minutes.

It was good next time I don’t think I will add the mustard powder to sauce on top it gave it too much of a kick or maybe only put half a teaspoon instead of a full teaspoon I also had to add more than seasoning than the rescuer called for but that is pretty typical

Great and easy to make! Did alter it a bit with a little added rice for some texture:)

I started out with a prayer……It is all about the quality and correct complementary ingredients…Very good recipe however I used bison and Turkey. I added 3 strips of bacon that I made into bacon bits and a little of the bacon grease. I added a tablespoon and a half of extra Virgin olive oil and about a half a cup of shredded smoked Gouda also I made soft bread crumbs from Portuguese bread I also used a shallot instead of an Onion.
I added them all into the mix and it came out delicious!

I used it as a base recipe. The boys snarfed it down quietly. Which is a good sign. Going to make again.

I turned out well. Overall it functions as a good base recipe to customize to your taste.

ADDED NEW INGREDIENTS TO: ITALIAN BREAD CRUMBS, I pre-cooked really diced onions with 3 strips bacon grease. MIXED IN ADDED SPICES CILANTRO, SMOKED PAPRIKA AND OREGANO TO EXISTING SPICES. Then, i took 1/2 can of tomato paste and added 2 tsp olive oil garlic infused and a really good balsamic vinegar 2 tsp..into the paste and...... really with hands mixed.....if you don't get the texture right with feeling with hands (used sterile gloves) then why cook? last 5-7 min i basted top with my favorite BBQ sauce ( please dont use high fructose sauces only molasses or organic based sauces).
next time I may add peas and diced carrots
really excellent taste....i used no salt...people can salt there own

I made double batches. I add oregano, minced garlic, honey mustard and adobo. It’s very tasty!

Not great. It lacked a lot of flavor that I expect in meatloaf. It was easy to put together though.
