Delish....I doubled the meat, 1/2 the amount of seasonings, and the rest of the ingredients remained the same. I will make this again.

I made it once and the consistency came out really well and it didn’t taste bad, but the Italian seasoning was way too noticeable. It overpowered everything else. I remade it and added more onion and went without the Italian seasoning and doubled the recipe. Using the full amount suggested, it is far too soggy inside. I would recommend using a little less milk and maybe a little less ketchup, personally.

Best meat loaf ever! I did take the suggestions of others & only used 1/2 c bread crumbs, 1/4 c ketchup & 1/4 c milk. Put BBQ & ketchup on top. Hubby loved it. My new meatloaf recipe.

We really enjoyed this. I would recommend using at least 85% lean beef. 80% needed to be drained a lot. I added bbq sauce to the ketchup, used about half the bread crumbs as another reviewer recommended, as well as about half the milk. I also broiled it at the end to caramelize the sauce on top.

I added half a red bell pepper and half a yellow bell pepper and doubled the Italian spice. Delish!

This has been my fav meatloaf recipe that I've been making since I was 9 and got a kid's Betty Crocker cookbook for Christmas. The only adjustment I've made is to reduce the milk to 1/2 cup ... one cup was just too wet.

This is such a winning recipe. I didn't add any sweetener and no ketchup and I used oatmeal instead of breadcrumbs.
