My tasty little creation turned out pretty good. Although, I didn’t follow the recipe exactly. I was concerned about other reviews saying it was runny. I wanted a firm ball and that’s what I got. Next time I’ll add a little more spices but overall these little nuggets of joy are the perfect bite for Indian sauces like tiki masala or korma. Since mine had a breaded texture I didn’t think it would be that good on a roll for meatball sub w/ marinara sauce. I served myself a heaping serving of vegetable goulash over these and added a tad of cheese... perfect vegetarian meal! Will definitely make again! Oh the four stars is because mine weren’t the “pop em in yer mouth” 5 star good. But rather the excellent 4 star yum!
