- 150 grams beef mince
- 2 Tbsp. flat leaf parsley leaves (chopped)
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. almond meal
- 1/4 tsp. chilli flakes (dried, optional)

- basil leaves (baby, to serve)
- 800 grams marrow bones (beef, cut into 5-cm pieces, ask your butcher to do this)
