- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 cup fresh bread crumbs
- 1 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. i can't believe it's not butter! spread
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup dry red wine (or beef broth)
- 1 pkg. gravy (knorr, classics classic brown gravy mix)
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1/3 cup sour cream

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°. In large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs and egg. Shape into 1-inch meatballs.
- On baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, arrange meatballs. Bake 20 minutes or until meatballs are thoroughly cooked.
- Meanwhile, in 12-inch nonstick skillet, melt Spread over medium-high heat and cook mushrooms, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes or until mushrooms are tender. Stir in wine and cook 1 minute. Stir in Knorr ® Gravy Classics Classic Brown Gravy Mix blended with water. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes. Stir in sour cream. Pour gravy mixture over meatballs and serve, if desired, with hot cooked noodles.
