This was ok. I’m not a huge fan of thickening my sauce with flour, and the consistency was weird for me. Boyfriend really enjoyed it. Overall good. Used vegan meatballs and they lost some flavor once added to the sauce as well.

i could not stop taking spoonfuls of sauce out of my pot while it was cooking down!
i made the meatballs from a previous recipe and needed a sauce.
the sauce was fantastic. i did forget the curry powder till later but it seemed fine.
and i don't think i let it thicken long enough, though I did it for 20 minutes.
