- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1 tsp. garlic powder (each of any of these:, paprika, or go more savoury with rosemary, these are optional.)
- salt
- pepper
- 3 cups sliced potatoes (thinly, about 5 potatoes)
- 1 1/2 cups cream of mushroom soup (I had leftover homemade soup in the fridge, or 1 can of cream of mushroom soup, which might make it not gluten free)
- 1/2 cup stock (any kind)
- 1/4 cup milk (or cream)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese

This recipe is darn good. I made it for dinner for my family and I was happy to use my seldom used mandolin. I did use more potatoes than needed because I was having so much fun slicing potatoes. I have enough for some potato chips. I didn't have cream of mushroom soup on hand so I used golden mushroom soup and beef broth. My family has crazy taste buds so for seasonings I used some turmeric, graham marsala and a little salt and pepper. It was so good. Thank you!
