- 400 grams ground beef
- 400 grams ground pork
- 1/2 cup amaranth
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 onion (peeled and diced)
- 1/2 red bell pepper (seeded and diced)
- 2 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce

Directions
- Preheat the oven at 180 degrees Delsius.
- Mix the ground beef, ground pork, amaranth, egg, tomato sauce, onion, bell pepper, and Worcestershire sauce in a large bowl.
- Add the meat mixture to a lightly oiled baking dish. Bake for up to an hour.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool. Serve with steamed vegetables.
