    I love this, I put salsa and sour cream and sometimes a bit of guacamole! Make sure to get pre de-veined and shelled shrimp to make it quicker!

    For me it was a little bland. I added purple onion, and turned the chopped tomato into pico de gallo. Next time I’ll marinate shrimp longer too. I used quinoa because I didn’t have brown rice and I didn’t want to use white.
