I really enjoyed this recipe and I would absolutely make this again whether I was doing keto or not. If you are counting your macros though and are on strict keto I would recommend eating this as a lunch instead of dinner because the portion sizes are very small to fill you up as a dinner. This reheats and tastes great as well.
