- 2 cups broccoli florets (cut in small bite size pieces)
- 2 yellow squash (medium size, diced)

- 2 tsp. fresh ginger (peeled & grated)
- 2 eggs (lightly beaten)
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
- 2 tsp. Sriracha (sambal olek, or chili sauce)
- 1 tsp. toasted sesame oil
- 1/4 cup green onions (finely sliced)
- 1 tsp. sesame seeds (toasted if desired)
- kosher salt
- grapeseed oil (or veggie oil)
- 10 pork chops (small thin cut, 2 pound total)
- 2 Tbsp. Chinese 5 spice powder
- 1 Tbsp. sweet chili sauce (found in the Asian aisle of stores)
- 1/2 tsp. sesame seeds
- kosher salt
- oil (Grapeseed or veggie)
