- 1 can tomato paste (or 8-10 oz can of tomato sauce)
- 1 Tbsp. Garam Masala
- 1 tsp. chili powder (or paprika, adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp. fenugreek (I use powder, but seeds or mustard seeds can be used too, optional*)
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 yogurt
- 1 cup basmati rice (or jasmine)
- 1 3/4 cups water
- 1 pinch salt
- pizza dough (small)
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 1/4 cup cilantro (minced, optional)
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
