Really good!!! I’m not a baker at all, so maybe I don’t understand exactly what a mini loaf pan is. I have a rack of a bunch of mini loaf pans welded together so I used it. Recipe says 45 minutes for mini loaf. Wrong!!! Thank god I checked them 20 minutes later because they were done. I added walnuts to mine and they tasted great. Easy recipe, minus the time and pan issue.
