It's so easy and delicious, that I can have this amazing nice-cream every day! Matcha vegan nice-cream is a perfect combination of bitter Japanese Green Tea with sweet banana.

- 1 banana (ripe)
- 1 tsp. green tea powder (japanese)
- 1 Tbsp. coconut butter
- 100 mL soy milk (pure)

Directions
- peel banana
- add chopped banana, soy milk, coconut butter and matcha green tea powder to the blender; blend it for couple of seconds.
- put the pulp into a bowl; leave it in the freezer for 3 hours
- ready!
